How about this, for a clause taken from a real-life ITT we reviewed recently:
“10.3 At the end of the Contract all data shall be handed back to the Authority and the Contractor shall be destroyed”
​You know, sometimes one probably shouldn’t submit a “fully compliant” response…

Hilarious! Nice to see the caring buyer-seller relationship working well…makes me wonder what the service was for? Intelligence services or spies?

I’m not sure it was the smartest move posting this ‘contract term’ as I just spoke with a client who saw this post and wanted to know if it would be possible to add this item to my contract with them.

Awhile back (at a different job) during final edits we found the following:

“All clients will be locked into fire proof cabinets at the end of each workday.”
