		<description>Many of you will have heard me use the term, &quot;Enlightened Leadership&quot;. By this I am referring to a person in a senior managmeent position who clearly &quot;gets it&quot; when it comes to proposals.  

As is evident and obvious from her responses, Erica Vis is just such a person. 

Now if I could just arrange for her to speak with a few other Sr. Managers who have yet to see the light.</description>
