The proposal team is also the marketing team for my company. We therefore are in charge of all premium items. Recently I ordered gym bags for an event. When the bags came in, the logo was the wrong color. I immediately picked up the phone and called the supplier to have the problem correct. The supplier asked me if I was able to pick up a laundry pen (a permenent marker) in a color that was closer to our corporate colors. Once I had the pen all I had to do was color the thread. Of course they would be happy to do it for me if I wasn't able to find a pen. And the best part... I would be responsble for the shipping to and from their business. Next time I'll buy chocolate!
